At a time in the semester when I have so many projects going on at once I find it hard to be optimistic. BUT I have found some optimism in this documentary project. I had started to worry about the volume of participants because of messages and responses I got from intial casting calls. Two of my friends are helping me out, Im contacting another and hopefully networking to get others through those friends. After getting an email I believe is the equivalent to hate mail I felt stumped.
I just did an interview via aim and I like the ideas it is sparking. I knew what I wanted to do, I just needed to find that extra something.
I want to do this project either in black and white film or color film cross processed.
My friend told me to look up XXboys. It reminds me of a trans twist of SuicideGirls and I think its my new favorite thing. Lol.
